Adapt options & more

The Base
The base Adapt will be delivered with 20”, 22", 24" or 26" rear wheels, drum brakes, 6” rubber front wheels, adjustable anti-tipping brackets, a tilting system from -5 to 45 degrees, sides including mudguards and an angle adjustable backtube. From this base, you simply choose the necessary upgrades or additional additional options that we have available as standard.

Below you will find a number of highlighted options that are available especially for the Adapt. For all options and accessories, which are applicable, for the Adapt we refer you to the download (order)form. More information about headrests, trays and printed spoke protectors can be found under the main menu 'ACCESSORIES' at the top of this page.

  • Tilt function (-5 to 45 degrees) for alternate posture, very easy to operate with foot or manual operation.
  • Many accessory options due to open base frame and special adapters.
  • Drum brakes for the user easy to operate and (optional) to perform with our unique combi-drum brake system (supervisor / user).
  • Robust push handle adjustable in height and angle for the most ergonomic push position for the attendant.
  • All parameters can be adjusted precisely to the user: seat position/center of gravity, seat height
  • Rigid aluminium frame, 3 sizes (each frame growable 10cm).

All our wheelchairs can be provided with a Pelvi-loc. The pelvic pads are 3 - dimensional shape, for optimum fixation of the pelvis without pressure on the spine anterior superior. Formed shape with ultra thin end at the moulded seat fixing point to avoid lateral pressure marks at the pelvis. Prevents lateral pressure points on the pelvis. The ratchet will run in addition to a strap to prevent injuries.
